Title:
AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/032608
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an air-conditioning system capable of further reducing the power consumed by air-conditioning equipment. [Solution] Hot air discharged from electronic devices is introduced into a duct (21), heating an evaporator (35) and generating water vapor in a water vapor retention chamber (20a). A desiccant rotor device (30), which has a desiccant rotor containing an adsorbent material and a drive unit that causes the desiccant rotor to rotate, adsorbs moisture in the water vapor retention chamber (20a) and discharges the moisture into humidification chamber (20b). Thus, the humidity of the air introduced into the humidification chamber (20b) from outside of the room via a duct (26) is increased. This air is transmitted via a duct (25) into the room where the electronic devices are installed.
