This air conditioning system is provided with: air conditioning units (10, 50); a derivation unit (43) for obtaining a heat stroke index on the basis of both the air temperature and the air humidity; and a control unit (44) for adjusting the power of the air conditioning units (10, 50) on the basis of the heat stroke index derived by the derivation unit (43).
