Abstract:
An air-conditioning system (200) equipped with an air-conditioner (202) and a charged particle generation device (100). The air-conditioner (202) adjusts the temperature in an environment to a set temperature. The charged particle generation device (100) generates charged particles by means of an electrical discharge, and transmits the charged particles into the environment. The air-conditioning system (200) sets a first temperature as the set temperature for the air-conditioner (202) when the amount of charged particles transmitted is a first transmission amount, and sets a second temperature which is higher than the first temperature as the set temperature when the amount of charged particles transmitted is a second transmission amount which is higher than the first transmission amount.
