Abstract:
This air conditioner system is provided with an air conditioner and a ventilation device which has a total heat exchanger. During heating operation, the air conditioner performs temperature adjusting operation for adjusting the temperature in a room and non-temperature adjusting operation which does not aim to adjust the room temperature. When the air conditioner performs the temperature adjusting operation, the ventilation device ventilates in a normal ventilation mode in which the ventilation amount is greater than or equal to a prescribed ventilation amount. When the air conditioner performs non-temperature adjusting operation, the ventilation device ventilates in a suppressed ventilation mode in which the speed of an exhaust fan is set to greater than the speed of the air supply fan to create a negative pressure inside of the room, and ventilation is either performed at a value less than the prescribed ventilation amount or is stopped. In the suppressed ventilation mode, the greater the heating load might be increased by ventilating in the non-temperature adjusting operation, the lower the ventilation amount is set.
