Abstract:
This air-conditioning system includes: an air-conditioning apparatus which comprises an outdoor unit, more indoor units than the outdoor unit(s), and a communication path that connects the outdoor unit(s) and the plurality of indoor units and transmits information; a monitoring unit which has a storage unit that stores the information of the air-conditioning apparatus; and an information processing unit which transmits, to the storage unit, at least part of the information of the air-conditioning apparatus obtained through the communication path.
