Abstract:

Provided is an air-conditioning system which can accurately determine the performance of a refrigerating cycle device without depending on information transmitted from a connected thermostat. The air-conditioning system is provided with an air-conditioning device, a connection unit (610), a communication unit (620), and a determination processing unit (640). The air-conditioning device performs air conditioning on a space to be air-conditioned. The connection unit is connectable with a plurality of types of thermostats. The communication unit performs a communication with the thermostat connected to the connection unit. The determination processing unit performs a performance determination process for the refrigeration cycle device. (A) When a first type of the thermostat is connected to the connection unit and when a second type of the thermostat, which is separate from the first type of the thermostat, is connected to the connection unit, the determination processing unit performs different performance determination processes. Alternatively, (B) at the time of a determination process in which the performance determination process is performed and at the time of a non-determination process in which the performance determination process is not performed, the air-conditioning device changes a method for using information received by the communication unit from the thermostats.
