Provided is an air-conditioning unit in which cooling air passages are provided on both sides of a heater core, the unit enabling size reduction in a direction in which air passages are arranged side by side. A second air passage (142) is disposed so as to be arranged side by side with a first air passage (141) in a first arrangement direction, and a fourth air passage (144) is disposed so as to be arranged side by side with a third air passage (143) in the first arrangement direction. A first passage group (151), which is constituted by the first air passage and the second air passage, is disposed so as to be arranged side by side with a second passage group (152), which is constituted by the third air passage and the fourth air passage, in a second arrangement direction that is perpendicular to the first arrangement direction. A first heating unit is disposed such that surfaces thereof (261a, 261b) that face either one of the first air passage and the second air passage extend in an air flow direction of that one passage in the case where the first heating unit is closed. A second heating unit is disposed such that surfaces thereof (262a, 262b) that face either one of the third air passage and the fourth air passage extend in an air flow direction of that one passage in the case where the second heating unit is closed.
