Abstract:
An air-cooled air compressor having a noise reduction function. An air storage tank (2) is specifically provided on a board (7) of a trolley (1), the trolley (1) comprises the board (7), an expandable frame (8) located on a side of the board (7), and rollers (9) located on the bottom of the board (7), the board (7) being of a hollow double-layer structure; after the expandable frame (8) is pressed to the bottom, the board (7) can be lifted by means of a forklift to directly move the air compressor, several rollers (16) are provided side by side on an upper surface of an upper layer of the board (7), the rollers (16) are provided in parallel to the shorter frame side of the board (7), baffle plates (10) are interposed between the rollers (16), the baffle plates (10) are perpendicular to the board (7) at an included angle of 90°, and the baffle plates (10) are provided to press against the air storage tank (2). The design of the rollers (16) facilitates the placement of the air storage tank (2), and besides, when the air storage tank (2) is required to be transferred, the ends, away from the expandable frame (8), of two air compressor trolleys (1) simply need to abut against each other, and the air storage tank (2) simply needs to slide on the rollers (16) to realize the transfer, which is very easy, saving the labor force and reducing the handling risk.
