Abstract:
The present invention relates to air conditioning technology, and specifically provides an air-cooled heat pump air conditioning system for efficient heat production, which aims to solve the problem of uneven distribution of refrigerants in gas and liquid phases within existing air conditioning heat exchangers. Thus, the air conditioning system according to the present invention comprises a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a directional control valve, a main circuit expansion valve and a gas-liquid separator. The second heat exchanger is divided into an upper circuit and a lower circuit which are independent of each other, and the flow of the upper circuit is larger than that of the lower circuit. Under a heating condition, a gas-liquid phase refrigerant formed by the throttling of the main circuit expansion valve is separated into a gas refrigerant and a liquid refrigerant in the gas-liquid separator, and then flows into the lower circuit and the upper circuit in the second heat exchanger respectively. Since the flow of the upper circuit is greater than that of the lower circuit, the liquid refrigerant in the second heat exchanger may carry out heat exchange more fully and is thus evaporated more fully, thereby enhancing the heating capacity of the air conditioning system under various conditions.
