The present invention relates to an air-cooled magnetic stimulator comprising: a housing unit having a contact surface, which is formed on a lower portion thereof and with which a portion of the body is to come into contact; a handle unit; an inlet unit for introducing air thereinto from one side of the housing unit; an outlet unit for discharging upward air having been introduced into the housing unit; a coil unit for generating a magnetic force; a guide unit for guiding air downward to cool the coil unit with the air; and an air exhausting unit for exhausting air upward. According to the present invention, an inlet unit is installed around the outer circumference of a housing unit to allow air for cooling a coil unit to be introduced therethrough, and an outlet unit is installed at an upper part of the housing unit to allow the air to be discharged therethrough, so as to increase the contact between the coil unit and the air, thereby improving the cooling efficiency for the coil unit.
