Abstract:
An air cooling device for aquatic product processing, comprising a base (1). A fixing frame (2) is fixedly connected to the top of the base (1); a feeding box (3) is fixedly connected to the top of the fixing frame (2); a net box (4) is slidably connected in the feeding box (3); a fixing block (5) is fixedly connected to the top of the base (1); a motor (6) is provided at the top of the fixing block (5); a worm (7) is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor (6); fan blades (8) are fixedly connected to one end of the worm (7); a fan cover (9) is fixedly connected to the top of the fixing block (5); the fan blades (8) and one end of the worm (7) are provided in the fan cover (9); one side of the fan cover (9) is fixedly connected to an air inlet pipe (10); one end of the air inlet pipe (10) are communicated with the feeding box (3); a mesh baffle (11) is fixedly connected to one end of the air inlet pipe (10); a worm wheel (12) is meshed at one side of the worm (7); a first rotating rod (13) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the worm wheel (12); a first bevel gear (14) and a second bevel gear (15) are fixedly connected to the first rotating rod (13); a third bevel gear (16) is meshed to the first bevel gear (14); a second rotating rod (17) is fixedly connected to one side of the third bevel gear (16); one end of the second rotating rod (17) extends into the feeding box (3), and two cams (18) are fixedly connected to the second rotating rod (17). The two cams (18) are in contact with the bottom of the net box (4); a fourth bevel gear (19) is meshed to the second bevel gear (15); a third rotating rod (20) are fixedly connected to one side of the fourth bevel gear (19); a first gear (21) is fixedly connected to one end of the third rotating rod (20) and a second gear (22) is meshed to the first gear (21); a fourth rotating rod (23) is fixedly connected to an inner ring of the second gear (22); two rotating rods (24) are fixedly connected to two sides of the fourth rotating rod (23); and a same stirring rod (25) is fixedly connected to one end of each of the two rotating rods (24).
