Abstract:
The present application relates to an air cooling device for a plastic granulation production line, comprising a conveying seat. An upper end surface of the conveying seat is provided with a feeding end and a discharging end; the feeding end and the discharging end are respectively provided at two ends of the conveying seat in the length direction in one-to-one correspondence; a plurality of conveying rollers are provided on the conveying seat in the length direction; the conveying rollers are used for carrying material strips; the conveying seat is provided with a fixing frame; the height of the fixing frame is greater than the height of the conveying rollers; a fan is provided on the fixing frame; and an air outlet of the fan faces the feeding end and is inclined downward. In an actual plastic granulation production process, the material strips move from the feeding end to the discharging end, and the air outlet of the fan faces the feeding end and is inclined downward, such that moisture on the material strips can move toward the feeding end or drop downward, thereby reducing the moisture on the material strips conveyed to the discharging end, and improving the drying efficiency of the material strips.
