Abstract:
An air-cooling heat pump unit, wherein a fan opening plate (6) is provided at the top of a machine body (1); a fan motor (3), fan blades (4) and a fan stand (5) are provided on the fan opening plate (6); a fairing (7) is provided underneath the fan opening plate (6); and a removable screen pack (9) is provided above a flow equalizing screen (8), constituting a vent system venting air beneath the fan. An all-aluminium micro-channel heat exchanger (2) is provided on the machine body (1); the cross-section of a micro channel (2-7) in a porous aluminium flat tube (2-6) for parallel flow inside the all-aluminium micro-channel heat exchanger (2) is of a parallelogram structure; an aluminium foil (2-3) is provided obliquely and symmetrically at the top and bottom ends of the porous aluminium flat tube (2-6) for parallel flow; a convergence tube (2-2) is provided symmetrically at the left and right sides of the all-aluminium micro-channel heat exchanger (2); the convergence tube (2-2) is provided with a collection vent (2-8) and a mounting stand (2-4); one side of the convergence tube is provided with an air tube (2-1) and the other side is provided with a liquid tube (2-5). The air-cooling heat pump unit increases the contact area and the heat exchange area between the aluminium foil (2-3) and the porous aluminium flat tube (2-6) for parallel flow, changing the manner of venting air to downdraft venting. Hence, when heating in winter and if the all-aluminium micro-channel (2-7) freezes up, condensed water is easily blown out, avoiding ice formation impacting on the heating results.
