An air deflector control device and control method. The air deflector control device comprises an induction part (1) and a trigger signal generating module (2); the trigger signal generating module (2) is used for generating a trigger signal when the induction part (1) is triggered; the trigger signal is used for adjusting an air deflector to a preset air deflection position corresponding to the triggered induction part (1).
