Abstract:
An air deflector (10) design method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The air deflector (10) is connected to an air guide opening of an air conditioner by means of rotating shafts (11); the side of the air deflector (10) close to the air guide opening is provided with one or more electromagnetic chucks (20) used for generating a magnetic attraction force in a power-on state to reduce the gap between the air deflector (10) and the air guide opening. The design method comprises: obtaining a first length of the air deflector (10) and a second length between adjacent rotating shafts (11) on the air deflector (10); according to the second length and the first length, determining the number of electromagnetic chucks (20) to be provided between the adjacent rotating shafts (11), and/or setting the magnetic attraction strength of the electromagnetic chucks (20) between connected rotary shafts. By applying a magnetic attraction force matching the structure and deformation information of the air deflector (10) to the electromagnetic chucks (20) between the adjacent rotating shafts (11), the gap between the air deflector (10) and the air guide opening is reduced, and the deformation recovery effect of the air deflector (10) under the action of the magnetic attraction force is improved.
