Abstract:
Provided are an air deflector mounting structure, an air deflector structure, an air conditioner, and a production method for the air deflector mounting structure. The air deflector mounting structure comprises mounting plates (11, 12, and 13), a rotating shaft (20), and connecting pieces (31, 32, and 33) connecting the mounting plates (11, 12, and 13) to the rotating shaft (20), wherein the mounting plates (11, 12, and 13) comprise a first mounting plate (11) arranged corresponding to a first end of the rotating shaft (20) and a second mounting plate (12) arranged corresponding to a second end of the rotating shaft (20). A first included angle is formed between a vertical connecting line running from the center of the first mounting plate (11) to the axis of the rotating shaft (20) and a vertical connecting line running from the center of the second mounting plate (12) and the axis of the rotating shaft (20). The structure of the present invention can effectively resolve the problem in which one side of an air deflector of an air conditioner located further away from the motor does not close completely when the air deflector is closed.
