Abstract:
A multifunctional pressure pot. A pot body comprises a base (101), a periphery (102), an outer pot (103) and an inner pot (104); a pot cover mainly comprises an upper cover (201), a heat insulation cover (202) and a heating tube cover (203), cooling air fan blades (206) facilitate the dissipation of heat above the heat insulation cover (202) to ensure the operation of an electric motor, and hot air fan blades (207) facilitate air flow in the pot body; a heating tube (204) generates heat, the heat insulation cover (202) prevents the dissipation of heat in the pot body, thereby saving energy; a heating disc (105) and the heating tube (204) provided on the lower and upper sides heat air in the inner pot and heat, in cooperation with a shaftless air guiding wheel (107), the inner pot (104) in an omni-directional and three-dimensional manner, thereby achieving an air fryer function; the pot cover comprises a pot cover body (4) and the upper cover (201), and during heating of the heating disc (105), vapors are kept in the pot body by means of the pot cover body (4), a sealing ring (6) and the upper cover (201), such that a high-temperature and high-pressure environment is formed in the pot body, shortening the time for cooking, saving energy, and making food materials crisp and tasty.
