Abstract:
Provided are an air exhaust valve designed to satisfactorily reduce loud noise prone to enter the vehicle body interior from the exterior when air inside a vehicle body is exhausted to the exterior of the vehicle body, and a vehicle provided with the air exhaust valve. In the air exhaust valve, a valve seat member (40) has an annular valve seat part (Vs) in a valve seat wall. A tabular valve body (50) is provided to the valve seat member (40) so that the valve seat part (Vs) can be opened and closed on the rear side. A cover member (60) is formed by a sound-absorbing material, and is provided so as to bulge in a sound-absorbing cover (60b) away from the valve seat member (40) toward the other side. An opening (64a) is formed in a bottom wall (64) of the sound-absorbing cover (60b).
