Abstract:
An air filter connector (21) is disclosed for connecting two tubular air filters (1,40) together in an end-wise manner. The connector (21) comprises: a tubular wall (23) having upper and lower connecting portions (27) with a central passage (25) for allowing air to pass through. Each connecting portion is arranged in use to removably connect to a respective ring-like end-cap (7) of a tubular air filter so that, in use, two air filters can be connected together in an end-wise manner with air being able to pass from one filter to the other through the connector. A modular air filter system which includes two air filters and the above-mentioned air filter connector is also disclosed.
