Abstract:
The air filter insert (12) is configured by pleating a filter sheet (13). In the air filter insert (12), a plurality of folding walls (14) are formed by the pleating of the filter sheet (13). Each folding wall (14) has first and second projections (21 and 22) that are molded by embossing. The first projections (21) provided on adjacent pairs of folding walls (14 and 14) protrude so as to approach each other and the front surfaces thereof (21A and 21A) abut each other. The second projections (22) protrude in the same direction along the X-direction and do not abut each other.
