The present invention provides an air filter having the debris-collecting capabilities of a non-motorized, cyclone-type system and of an electrostatic precipitator. The air filter includes: a housing in which a through-path having an inflow hole through which external air is introduced and a discharge hole through which air is discharged is formed; a unit for forming cyclonic flow, disposed within the through-path, to apply a centrifugal force to the external air flowing into the through-path, thereby separating the debris having large particle sizes from the air; a discharge electrode, mounted on the unit for forming cyclonic flow, to electrically charge the fine debris contained in the external air; and a metal mesh plate, to which a voltage is applied which has a polarity opposite to that of the voltage applied to the charge electrode, and which is disposed to correspond to the discharge hole of the through-hole of the housing.
