Abstract:
Disclosed is an air fryer, comprising a machine base (15) and a cover body (10) connected to the machine base (15), wherein the machine base (15) is provided with a holding cavity (150); the holding cavity (150) is internally provided with a fryer assembly; the cover body (10) is provided with a hot air assembly; the hot air assembly comprises an air guide plate (111), a hot air fan (112) and a heating member (113); the machine base (15) is further internally provided with a steam generation device; the steam generation device comprises a steam generator (6) and a steam pipeline; and the steam generator (6) is in communication with the holding cavity (150) via the steam pipeline to introduce steam into the holding cavity (150).
