Abstract:
An air guide system of a superplastic forming/diffusion bonding mold and a manufacturing method therefor. The air guide system comprises a mold body (1), air guide channels (3), exhaust holes (2), plugs (7) and a pipe connector (6). The plurality of exhaust holes (2) are formed in the mold body (1). The air guide channels (3) pass through the inside of the mold body (1), and the air guide channels (3) form a plurality of openings in the side walls of the mold body (1), in which one of the openings is connected to the pipe connector (6) while the rest openings are all provided with the plugs (7). The exhaust holes (2) are in communication with the air guide channels (3).
