Abstract:
An air heat exchanger, comprising a heat exchanging chassis and power supply connectors provided opposite on lateral surfaces of the heat exchanging chassis. The heat exchanging chassis comprises a far infrared heat-generating honeycomb core layer (4), insulating honeycomb layers (3) provided at either open surface of the far infrared heat-generating honeycomb layer (4), and a sheet of insulating paper wrapped on the lateral surfaces of the far infrared heat-generating honeycomb core layer (4). Also provided are a manufacturing method for the air heat exchanger and applications thereof. The air heat exchanger allows air in a fixed space to be heated quickly and reduces the time spent on warming.
