An air-inflation pressurization system, applied to inflate a dual-layer air-supported membrane structure. The dual-layer air-supported membrane structure comprises a first space (110) enclosed with an inner membrane (210) and a structure foundation (100) as well as a second space (120) enclosed with the inner membrane (210) and an outer membrane (220). The air-inflation pressurization system (300) comprises: an air-tight chamber (310), the air-tight chamber (310) being provided with a first air supply port (311), a second air supply port (312), and an air vent (313) for enabling air intake of the air-tight chamber (310), the first air supply port (311) being communicated with the first space (110), and the second air supply port (312) being communicated with the second space (120); and a fan set (320) for supplying air for the air-tight chamber (310). Also provided is an air-supported membrane structure inflated by using the air-inflation pressurization system. Inflating the air-supported membrane structure by means of the air-inflation pressurization system enables a more stable air-supported membrane structure, higher strength, and the capability of resisting the influence of severe weather.
