The present invention relates to an air inflow connection pipe of a high-speed, high-efficiency turbo air compressor, the air inflow connection pipe comprising: a supply pipe connection part which has a cylindrical cross-section and is connected to an inflow air supply pipe; a curved guide part which is provided between the supply pipe connection part and a direction switching part; the direction switching part which has a rectangular box-shaped cross-section, is provided on the top end of the curved guide part and switches vertical-directional inflow air into horizontal-directional inflow air; and a suction port connection part which has a cylindrical cross-section, is provided on one side of the direction switching part and is connected to a suction port of a diffuser case, wherein, through a technical configuration whereby the curved guide part is curved in the left/right direction so that the direction switching part on the top may be more outwardly positioned than the supply pipe connection part at the bottom, inflow air, having the direction thereof switched from the vertical direction to the horizontal direction, may be evenly introduced into each portion of the suction port of an impeller, and thus the air compression efficiency of the high-speed, high-efficiency turbo air compressor may be greatly improved.
