Abstract:
An air injection duct for a windshield air curtain, comprising an air duct body (1) and air curtain nozzles (2). The air duct body (1) consists of an upper housing (3), a lower housing (4), and two end plates (5). An air pipe (6) is provided in a cavity formed between the upper housing (3) and the lower housing (4), and is disposed and fixed on the end plate (5). The upper housing (3) of the air duct body (1) is provided with first column of air curtain nozzles (21) and a second column of air curtain nozzles (22) arranged in different arc radii. The arc radius of the first column of air curtain nozzles (21) is 10-30 mm greater than the upper arc radius of the upper housing (3). The arc radius of the second column of air curtain nozzles (22) is 5-25 mm greater than that of the first column of air curtain nozzles (21). Both the first column of air curtain nozzles (21) and the second column of air curtain nozzles (22) are uniformly arranged at intervals at an included angle of 10-15 degrees of the upper arc radius of the upper housing (3). Air inlet devices (7) are provided on both ends of the air pipe (6), and are connected to the air pipe (6) by means of a threaded structure. The air injection duct for the windshield air curtain has advantages such as the reasonable configuration of the air curtain nozzles (2) and the uniform gas pressure.
