Abstract:
In order to provide an air injection mechanism with which the flow rate and pressure of compressed air can be managed digitally and a deterioration in work efficiency can be prevented, the present invention provides an air injection mechanism (1) that injects compressed air sequentially toward a plurality of workpieces (W) and is provided with: a flow rate adjustment means (3A) which has a two-port valve (3) of which the opening/closing amount can be continuously changed and which is connected to a compressed air source (11); an upper controller (4) which outputs a parameter that is suited to a type of workpiece (W); and a piezoelectric valve driver (5) which proportionally controls the opening/closing amount of the two-port valve (3) on the basis of an applied voltage corresponding to the parameter output by the upper controller (4).
