When a rotary valve having valve parts (11) for separately opening and closing supply-changing ports (7) of air supply passages of an air-intake manifold is closed, the inner surface part (77b) of a rudder-insertion recessed part is positioned relative to a rudder-engagement part (64) on the side opposite to the side where the supply-changing ports are present. In the center valve part (11b) excluding the end valve parts positioned at both ends of the rotary valve, the sealing clearance (A) between the inner surface part (77b) and the rudder-engagement part (64) is smaller than the valve clearance (C) between the center valve part (11b) and a bore part (8).
