Abstract:
Disclosed are an air knife providing device for a wave soldering apparatus, and a wave soldering method using the air knife providing device. The air knife providing device comprises: a housing (10); an accommodating cavity (20) defined by the housing (10); and a porous pipe (30) arranged in the accommodating cavity (20), wherein the housing (10) is respectively provided with an air knife air inlet (11) and an air knife air outlet (12); the air knife air inlet (11) is in communication with the porous pipe (30) to provide high-temperature gas to the accommodating cavity (20); and the high-temperature gas is blown out of the air knife air outlet (12) through the accommodating cavity (20) to form an air knife. The wave soldering method directs the air knife generated by the air knife providing device to the position of solder to be desoldered of an electronic element.
