Abstract:
Disclosed is an air-lock device for a spray gun, which air-lock device belongs to the technical field of spray guns. The air-lock device comprises a bent pipeline (1); an air outlet pipeline (2) fixedly connected to the center of the bent pipeline (1), a spherical marble (9) being arranged in the bent pipeline (1), and a fixing rod (11) being arranged on the spherical marble (9); a cover body (5) fixedly connected to an upper port of the bent pipeline (1), a slot being provided at a port of the cover body (5) connected to the bent pipeline (1), an electric push rod (8) being arranged in the slot, the electric push rod (8) being slidably connected to the fixing rod (11), wherein a controller (6) is arranged on the cover body (5), a control panel (7) is arranged on an end surface of the cover body (5) which is not connected to the bent pipeline (1), a power supply box (12) is arranged on the cover body, the controller (6) and the electric push rod (8) are electrically connected to the power supply box (12), and the control panel (7) is connected to the controller (6) in a wiring manner. The air-lock device for a spray gun is simple in terms of structure, convenient to use and can accurately control a body fluid or compressed air to enter a spray gun, thereby effectively controlling the flow rate of sprayed coating.
