Abstract:
An air-lock feeding device having a drying function, comprising a housing (1), a power device (2), and a rotary rotor (3); the rotary rotor (3) comprises a rotating shaft (31) connected to the power device (2), a plurality of blades (32) arranged at intervals on the periphery of the center of the rotor (3) and two end plates (33) that are fixed between two side ends of the blades (32) and the rotor (3), respectively; the plurality of blades (32), the end plates (33), and an external surface of the rotating shaft (31) enclose to form a heating channel (34); the end plates (33) at two sides of the heating channel (34) are provided thereon with several ventilation holes (35), and the two end plates (33) and inner sides of two side end flanges (6) are respectively spaced apart to form an airway (11); the airway (11) is in communication with the heating channel (34) by means of the ventilation holes (35), and outer sides of the two end plates (33) are sequentially provided with a drying air inlet pipe (12) and a drying air outlet pipe (13) that communicate with the airway (11). By providing a drying mechanism, the wear on the rotor (3) and an increase in operating resistance caused by material binding is effectively prevented, the energy consumption of the system may be reduced, service life is extended, and the system is more environmentally friendly.
