Abstract:
Provided is an air magnesium battery that attains a conductive state by fastening a lid, and attains a non-conductive state by unfastening the lid, enabling power to be switched on and off by fastening the lid. The lid (18) has: a bottom end (18c) that connects to a body (17) when fastened; an anode (21) that is inserted inside the body (17); and metal electrode plates (31, 60) that are linked to an end of the anode (21). The electrode plates (31, 60) have first terminals (37, 63) positioned at at least the bottom end (18c). The body (17) has second terminals (38, 68) positioned on a surface that comes into contact with the bottom end (18c) of the lid (18) when the lid (18) is fastened. The battery conducts electricity due to the first terminals (37, 63) and the second terminals (38, 68) being in contact with each other.
