Provided is an air outlet structure for connecting with an air outlet at an indoor unit of an air conditioner, an indoor unit panel (50) of the indoor unit of the air conditioner has a receiving hole (53), the receiving hole (53) communicates with the air outlet, the air outlet structure comprises a windshield (70), at least a portion of the windshield (70) is disposed in the receiving hole (53), the windshield (70) has a first position and a second position, the windshield (70) is movably disposed between the first position and the second position so as to block the receiving hole (53) when the windshield is in the first position, and to separate from the receiving hole (53) when the windshield (70) moves to the second position, so that the air conditioner indoor unit discharges air through the gap between the receiving hole (53) and the windshield (70). Also provided is an air conditioner indoor unit having the air outlet structure.
