Abstract:
The present invention is applicable to the field of petroleum production engineering and provides an air proof pumpjack with double load reduction. The pumpjack is provided with a lifting sub; one end of the lifting sub is provided with a small pump cylinder (15) and a large pump cylinder (16) connected with each other; a small piston (14) and a large piston (19) capable of sliding in an axial direction are respectively sleeved into the inner cavities of the small pump cylinder (15) and the large pump cylinder (16); and the two pistons arranged in combination ensures that a displacement of the pumpjack is the displacement of the large piston, and simultaneously, the load of the pumpjack is markedly reduced. An interior of the other end of the lifting sub is fixedly connected with an upstream movable valve cover (2) and a valve seat (4); a pumping rod (27) penetrates through the lifting sub and the two pistons; an end part of the pumping rod (27) is connected with a downstream movable valve (26) capable of pressing against and sealing the large piston (19); and an upstream movable valve (3) capable of cooperating with the valve seat (4) to be opened and closed is movably sleeved on the pumping rod (27). During switching between the upper stroke and the lower stroke of the pumpjack, the oil pressure inside an oil pipe can act on the upstream movable valve, thereby reducing an impact load to the pumping rod. In addition, the opening and closing of the downstream movable valve can be controlled via the pumping rod, preventing air locking.
