2. "AIR PUMP WITH MECHANIC DRIVE FOR BICYCLE", characterized by one fixing component (2), one retention valve (1) that prevents the air to go back to the body (3) considering that at this valve (1) is connected one hose (11) that has one clamp (12) which conducts the air to the tire.
3. "AIR PUMP WITH MECHANIC DRIVE FOR BICYCLE", characterized by one spring (4) that has the function to bring back the piston (6) to the original position.
4. "AIR PUMP WITH MECHANIC DRIVE FOR BICYCLE", characterized by one retention valve (14) located inside the piston (6) and by one stumbling block component (5) located outside of the piston.
5. "AIR PUMP WITH MECHANIC DRIVE FOR BICYCLE", characterized by one axle (7) that performs the transmission of the movement to the piston (6), but such axle (7) has in its end one follower (8) that receives the movement of transmission component (9) attached to the pedal axle of the bicycle (10).
6. "AIR PUMP WITH MECHANIC DRIVE FOR BICYCLE", characterized by being a pump installed in the bicycle through one fixing component (2) near the wheel hub of the bicycle (10) where is fixed the transmission component (9). This pump is adjusted to any type of bicycle.
7. "AIR PUMP WITH MECHANIC DRIVE FOR BICYCLE", characterized by the performance of the pump that consists in compressing the air that is at atmospheric pressure through one body (3) and one piston (6) that conducts the air to the inner tube through one hose (II) once the axle (7) is placed at state"B" (working state). This hose is attached to the valve of the tire of the bicycle through one clamp (12).
8. "AIR PUMP WITH MECHANIC DRIVE FOR BICYCLE", characterized by the backward rotation of the pedal, that generates the rotation of the transmission component (9) putting the piston (6) in movement through the contact with the follower (8) on the descendant movement (admission) of the piston (6) aided by one spring (4), receiving the air through one retention valve (14), but on the ascendant movement (compression) the retention valve (14) closes, allowing the air compression that goes through the retention valve (1) having in the process the stumbling block component (5) which has the function to improve the performance of the pump preventing the air to escape from the lateral of the piston (6) after passing through the retention valve (1) that has the function to prevent the air to go back to the body, going through the hose to inside the tire. This ascendant and descendant movement is performed until the balance of air pressure is completely done, and when finishing the balance of air pressure the user has to put the axle (7) at state "A" (sleep state) uncoupling the tire clamp (12).
Description:
"AIR PUMP WITH MECHANIC DRIVE FOR BICYCLE" Invention of an air pump coupled to the bicycle, driven by a transmission component attached to the shaft pedal that has the function to compress the air in order to balance the air pressure, providing more efficiency, comfort and less physical effort.

Actually, the pumps used to balance the air pressure on bicycles, present big discomfort because they are not fixed and require a lot of physical effort, in same cases not being able to be used by children.

With the intent to solve such inconveniences, the present project was developed. Through a mechanic drive system, this product seek for decreasing the effort applied by the user and as a complement, the pump is fixed to the bicycle eliminating the discomfort to balance the air pressure in the tires.

Such pump is composed with one frame fixed on the bicycle, one transmission component that pushes a piston located inside the frame, compressing the air, so the air pass through a valve that prevents the reflux and then the air is brought to the tire through a hose that has a clamp connected to the system at the valve of the tire.

This project can be better understood through the following detailed description according to the designs attached where : FIGURE 1 - represents a lateral view of the product and its fixation on the bicycle.

FIGURE 2 - represents the details of the frame.

According to these pictures, it's possible to see the body (3) connected to the bicycle (13) by one fixing component (2), and one retention valve (1) that prevents the air to go back to the body (3). To this valve (1) is connected one hose (11) that has one clamp (12) that conducts the air to the tire. Inside this body (3), there is one spring (4) that makes the piston (6) to come back.

Inside the piston there is one retention valve (14) and outside it there is one

stumbling block component (5). The transmission of movement until the piston (6) is made through an axle (7) which has one follower (8) in its end that receives the movement from the transmission component (9) attached to the pedal axle of the bicycle (10).

The fixation of this pump in the bicycle is made through one fixing component near the wheel hub axle of the bicycle where the transmission component is fixed. The pump matches to any type of bicycle without major problems.

The operation of the this pump consists in compress the air that is at atmospheric pressure through one component (3) and one piston (6) taking the air to the tire through one hose (11). This procedure is made by the following <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR> way : the axle (7) should be placed at state"B" (working state), the hole should be attached to the valve of the tire through the clamp (12), then the user has to turn the pedal backward so this procedure will make the transmission component rotate (9) putting the piston in movement (6) through the contact with the follower (8) ; on a descendent movement of the piston (6) aided by one spring (4) the piston takes the air through the retention valve (14) ; at ascendant movement (compression) the retention valve (15) closes, allowing the air compression that goes through the retention valve (1). On this process the stumbling block component (5) has the function to improve the performance of the pump preventing the air to escape through the lateral of the piston (6), after passing for the retention valve (l) that has the function to avoid the air to come back to the frame. The air goes inside the tire through the hose. This ascendant and descendant movement is performed until the balance of air pressure on the tire is completely done and by the end of the balance of the air pressure the user put the axle (7) at state"A" (sleep state) and then uncouple the clamp of the tire.
