Provided is an air purification apparatus for installation in a window/door. An air purification apparatus for installation in a window/door, according to an embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a purification casing having formed, in a part thereof, a first inlet for external air and a second inlet for indoor air, and having formed, in another part thereof, an indoor inlet for the external air and an outdoor outlet for the indoor air; an inflow fan which is positioned inside the purification casing and blows the external air into the inside of the purification casing; a discharge fan which is positioned inside the purification casing and blows the indoor air into the inside thereof; and a heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the external air flowing indoors via the purification casing from outdoors and the indoor air discharged outdoors via the purification casing from indoors.
