Abstract:
An air purification device comprising: a blower (30) that causes air to flow through a flow path (11); a discharge electrode (41) that generates ions in the air in the flow path (11); a collecting unit (42) that collects microparticles charged by the ions; and a conductor (21) that air flow flowing through the flow path (11) hits. A diffusion region (45) is set in which ions are dispersed radially as a result of the air flow flowing through the flow path (11) and the conductor (21) is arranged outside the diffusion region (45).
