An air purification humidifier, comprising a base body (1) and a purification humidifying unit (3) connected to the base body (1), the purification humidifying unit (3) comprising a barrel-shaped shell (31) and a humidifying assembly (32), a filter assembly (33), and a fan (34) nested from outside to inside along the radial direction of the shell (31), the axial direction of the shell (31) being the horizontal direction, and the circumferential direction of the shell (31) being provided with a circumferential air grate (313).
