Disclosed is an air purification structure (1), comprising a tubular member having a cavity therein, wherein an air inlet (111) is provided at the upper end of the tubular member; an air outlet (152) is provided at the lower end of the tubular member; an air filter (12), an air quality sensor (18), an air suction assembly (17) and a control circuit board (19) are provided in the cavity; and the air inlet (111), the air filter (12), the air outlet (152) and the air quality sensor (18) are arranged successively along the tubular member from top to bottom. By means of the air suction assembly (17), the external air can be sucked in the cavity via the air inlet (111) to achieve air purification; and the air quality index thereof can be detected by the air quality sensor (18) and transferred to the outside by the control circuit board (19), so as to achieve opening or closing of the air purification structure (1) according to the air quality index, so that the air purification structure (1) can provide the air quality index to provide instructional strategies for air, so as to perform real-time purification for air. Also disclosed is an air purification system comprising the above-mentioned air purification structure (1).
