Abstract:
The present invention relates to an air purification system for outdoor environments which reduces the concentration of particle material in said air, thereby achieving an improvement in the quality of the air in said outdoor environment, due to the fact that it comprises at least one air suction device which comprises a filtering body which comprises at least one channel for the passage of the air to be purified with a filter arranged in the interior thereof.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. An air purification system for outdoor environments which comprises:

at least one air suction device which in turn comprises:

a filtering body which in turn comprises:

at least one channel for the passage of the air to be purified; a filter arranged in the interior of the filtering body configured for capturing particles from the air to be purified;

at least one vacuum for the inlet of the air to be purified to the filtering body arranged before the impermeable filter;

at least one fan for the outlet of the purified air from the filtering body arranged after the impermeable filter; and

an actuating motor of the at least one vacuum and the at least one fan; and

at least one solar panel for powering the actuating motor.

2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the filtering body further comprises at least one protective grille to prevent the inlet of foreign bodies into said filtering body. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the filtering body further comprises at least one valve which regulates the expulsion of purified air from the filtering body.

4. The system of claim 1 , further comprising a vacuum for the inlet of the air to be purified to the filtering body and a fan for the outlet of the purified air from the filtering body in the interior of each channel for the passage of the air to be purified.

5. The system of claim 2, wherein the filtering body comprises a protective grille arranged on the upper part thereof and a protective grille arranged on the lower part thereof.

6. The system of claim 3, wherein the filtering body comprises various valves arranged in each one of the channels for the passage of the air to be purified.

7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the filtering body comprises a collecting tank of the particles from the purified air.

The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one air suction device comprises a support column of the filtering body, a lifting system of said filtering body, a support base, a perimeter protector of the filtering body and reinforcement structures which join the support column and the filtering body.

9. The system of claim 1 , further comprising a control panel for carrying out the control and monitoring of the different elements of the system. 10. The system of claim 9, wherein the control panel comprises a power button, a timer button for controlling the main functions thereof, a verification/monitoring button of the concentration or number of particle materials which enter and exit the system, a button for verifying the saturation state of the filter; a screen for showing the speed of the inlet/outlet wind of the system, an emergency stop button, and a wireless receiver module to which information regarding the functioning of the system is sent to any mobile device or computer that an operator is operating.

AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM FOR OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENTS

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention can be included in the technical field of air purification systems for outdoor environments.

The object of the invention is an air purification system for outdoor environments which reduces the concentration of particle material in said air, thereby achieving an improvement in the quality of the air in said outdoor environment. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The particles in suspension (particle matter [PM]) consist of the accumulation of minute solid pieces or liquid drops in the atmosphere produced by natural and anthropogenic activities which forms part of the contamination of the air. The composition thereof is very varied, the following being found among the main components thereof: sulfates, nitrates, ammonia, sodium chloride, carbon, mineral powder, metallic ashes and water.

This situation causes risks to the health of human beings since exposure to particles is caused on a daily basis for the majority of the urban and rural population of developed and developing countries. Chronic exposure increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases and lung cancer.

Various devices have been designed with filter systems for purifying the air, simulating the air quality of a forest, like the one created by Chiin-Hsiang Huang with patent number US68001 19 B2 or purification methods and systems like the one from Richard Harold Rubin Pub No. 2015/0328355. Mist filtration devices have also been developed, like the one from Bruce Johnson, patent no. US7115150B and systems with ventilation for improving the quality of the air like the one in patent US7332006 as well as methods for controlling the cleaning of the air such as the one operated by LG Electronics with patent US7201787.

The present invention improves the purification of the air obtained by means of the systems of the previous documents, especially in outdoor environments improving the quality of the air in high-density areas. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an air purification system for outdoor environments which reduces the concentration of particle material in said air, thereby achieving an improvement in the quality of the air in said outdoor environment.

The first objective of the present invention is an air purification system for outdoor environments which allows the air in outdoor environments to be purified, reducing the concentration of particle material in high-density places.

The second objective of the present invention is an air purification system for outdoor environments which allows an improvement in the quality of the air to be achieved in cities with a high degree of atmospheric contamination.

The air purification system for outdoor environments comprises: at least one air suction device which comprises:

a filtering body which comprises:

at least one channel for the passage of the air to be purified; a filter arranged in the interior of the filtering body configured for capturing particles from the air to be purified;

at least one vacuum for the inlet of air to be purified to the filtering body arranged before the impermeable filter;

at least one fan for the outlet of the purified air from the filtering body arranged after the impermeable filter; and

an actuating motor of the at least one vacuum and the at least one fan; and

at least one solar panel for powering the actuating motor.

Optionally, the filtering body comprises at least one protective grille for preventing the inlet of foreign bodies into said filtering body.

Optionally, the filtering body comprises at least one valve which regulates the expulsion of purified air from the filtering body, thus avoiding the contamination of the filtering body through the introduction of rainwater or any foreign body into the same.

Optionally, the air purification system for outdoor environments comprises a control panel which allows the control and monitoring of the different elements of the system to be carried out.

The air purification system for outdoor environments thus allows the particles in suspension in the air to be captured in order then expel them externally, reducing the load of contaminate particles in the environment. DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

In order to complement the description being made and with the object of helping to better understand the characteristics of the invention, in accordance with a preferred practical embodiment thereof, said description is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by a set of drawings where, in an illustrative and non-limiting manner, the following has been illustrated:

Figure 1 shows an elevation view of the air purification system for outdoor environments of the present invention.

Figure 2 shows an AA sectional view of Figure 1.

Figure 3 shows a view of the detail B of Figure 1.

Figure 4 shows an elevation view of the control panel of the air purification system for outdoor environments of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The air purification system for outdoor environments of the present invention is described below in detail.

The system comprises:

an air suction device which comprises:

a preferably cylindrical filtering body (1) which comprises:

various channels (12) for the passage of the air to be purified; a filter (2) arranged in the interior of the filtering body (1) configured for capturing particles from the air to be purified, preferably with a size of between 0.05 μηι and 3 μηι, more preferably in the order of 0.1 μηι;

a vacuum (16) for the inlet of the air to be purified to the filtering body arrange before the impermeable filter and in the interior of each channel (12) for the passage of the air to be purified;

a fan (17) for the outlet of the purified air from the filtering body arranged after the impermeable filter and in the interior of each channel (12) for the passage of the air to be purified; and

an actuating motor (13) of the vacuums (16) and the fans (17); and

various solar panels (14) for powering the actuating motor (13). The filtering body (1) comprises a protective grille (10) arranged on the upper part thereof and a protective grille (10) arranged on the lower part thereof in order to prevent the inlet of foreign bodies into said filtering body (10).

The filtering body comprises various valves (15) arranged in each one of the channels (12) for the passage of the air to be purified which regulate the expulsion of purified air from the filtering body (1).

The filtering body (1) comprises a collecting tank (3) for the particles from the purified air.

The at least one air suction device comprises a support column (6) of the filtering body (1); a lifting system (7) of said filtering body (1), a support base (9), a perimeter protector (1 1) of the filtering body (1) and reinforcement structures (4) which join the support column (6) and the filtering body (1).

The air purification system for outdoor environments comprises a preferably digital control panel (8) which allows the control and monitoring of the different elements of the system to be carried out. The control panel (8) comprises a power button (18), a timer button (19) for controlling the main functions thereof, a verification/monitoring button (20) of the concentration or number of particle materials which enter and exit the systems, a button for verifying (12) the saturation state of the filter (2) such that the cleaning or replacement of the same (2) can be carried out in a timely manner; a screen (22) for showing the speed of the inlet/outlet wind of the system, an emergency stop button (23), a wireless receiver module (24) to which information regarding the functioning of the system is sent to any mobile device or computer that an operator is operating.
