Abstract:
An air purification system for purifying air in a room, the air purification system comprising: a carbon dioxide removal device including a first space and a second space partitioned by a separation membrane that selectively transmits carbon dioxide; a feed path for guiding air in the room to the first space; a return path for guiding purified air, from which carbon dioxide has been removed, from the first space to the room; and a pressure reduction pump for applying suction to the second space such that the carbon dioxide partial pressure in the second space is reduced to less than the carbon dioxide partial pressure in the air in the room.
