Abstract:
Disclosed are an air purifier based on the steam condensation and adsorption principle and an air-conditioning apparatus having the air purifier. The purifier comprises an air blowing device (4), a humidifying device (1), a cooling device (2) and a heating device (3), wherein the humidifying device (1), the cooling device (2) and the heating device (3) are in communication to form an air circulation passage; under the action of the air blowing device (4), the air to be purified flows in via an inlet of the air circulation passage; when the air is cooled at the cooling device (2), steam in the air is condensed into droplets and/or solid particles and adsorbs contaminants in the air during condensation, and the contaminants, together with the droplets and/or solid particles formed after the condensation of steam, are separated from the air to be purified under the action of gravity; and the heating device (3) is used for heating the air, such that the air discharged from an outlet of the air circulation passage satisfies a pre-set temperature threshold.
