Abstract:
All countries suffer from air pollution caused by the means of transport. New experiments are also being done to reduce air pollution. Every country wants to reduce the air pollution generated by the means of transport through the available means. But to reduce air pollution and not to pollute the air, we do not want to increase any kind of expenditure. Due to which the problem of air pollution is getting more complex and complex. The invention presented is to clean the air pollution generated by the means of traffic by installing it in vehicles by a T4PFW Filter (Air Purifier filter). By the above invention, one vehicle will easily clear the pollution of another vehicle. In this process, there will not be any special expenditure and Consume of Electrical Power not too much.

CLAIMS

Claim 1 1- By installing T4PFW Air Purifier Filter Assembly in vehicles, it will help us to clean up the pollution of our earth.

Claim 2 / - It is very cheap, once we install T4PFW Filter Assembly in vehicles etc., we will not have to spend a lot of money on maintenance.

Claim 3 / - When a vehicle is moving on the road, the air pressure is at the top and bottom, from where the air is taken by the Air Duct Boot. And this strong wind is given in the filter, which gives us a powerful air pressure. No work is required to make this strong wind force. Due to this, the consumption of Electricity Power in this filter is very less.

Claim 4 / - Maintenance costs are also low. A foam filter can be used multiple times just by washing it with water. After some time, we have to change the foam filter after using it several times.

Claim 5 / - No one has thought about installing such Air Purifier Filter in vehicles to clean the environment.

Claim 6 / - T4PFW Air Purifier Filter Due to the blower fan installed, the filter will continue to work even when the vehicle is stuck in traffic.

Claim 7 / - Until now it used to be that only air pollution was spread when the vehicles were moving. But through this T4PFW Air Purifier Filter, as long as the vehicle continues on the road, the polluted air will be clean.

Claim 8 / - So far, whatever is available in the Equipment Market to clear air pollution. They consume a lot of electricity. Labor and transportation costs are also high in moving this equipment from one place to another. There is also air pollution in transportation. In some areas where electric power is not available, we have to run generators unwillingly which causes air pollution. Whereas the T4PFW Air Purifier Filter does not have such a problem.

Claim 9 / - So far no one has invented such equipment opposing air removed by vehicles to use that air properly in this way.

Claim 10 / - By applying this filter in vehicles etc., one vehicle will help us in clearing the air pollution emitted by another vehicle.

AN AIR PURIFIER FILTER ASSEMBLY

[0001] Air Pollution and Transportation: - Today, a very big problem of the whole world is facing us in the form of air pollution. The level of air pollution is increasing in the metros of countries all over the world. Such as Beijing in China, New York in the US, California, Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata in India etc.

[0002] Metropolitan cities and cities have consistently exceeded the level of air pollution.

[0003] In view of this problem, most countries of the world are also trying to find many measures and solutions. But due to the high rate of population growth, the means of transport are also increasing rapidly in the same proportion and the measures taken are not able to solve the problem completely.

[0004] According to the registration number of vehicles Odd and Even Numbers are also being used by the government in the capital of India. But still air pollution is not stopped.

[0005] If seen, there are many sources of air pollution like - smoke coming out of factories, smoke coming out of electric generators, dust blowing from road construction, smoke coming out of garbage etc.

[0006] But air pollution consists of a large portion of the dust from the road construction, the smoke emanating from the vehicles and the dust blowing from them.

[0007] Pollution from the means of traffic that is being used by us, despite our unwillingness, continuously gets in the atmosphere and causes air pollution.

[0008] Inspired by this problem, I have thought of one such Air Purifier filter. If used in vehicles, etc., this Air Purifier filter will help us in clearing air pollution to a great extent all over the world. I have thought about this Air Purifier Filter taking inspiration from my "Desert Cooler" and "Vacuum Cleaner".

Technical Field

[0009] Work - Function: - When the vehicle runs forward on the road. So with large amounts and pressure, the air in the atmosphere opposes the vehicle from the front. But the vehicle moves forward due to the Engine Force opposing that front air.

[0010] In such a situation, we have to clean the air pollution with the help of T4PFW Filter (Air Purifier filter) at that time using only the opposing air. This is the function of this T4PFW Filter (Air Purifier filter). Figure No. The task is displayed in 2.0.

[0011] This will help us to clear the polluted things from the polluted air. As soon as a vehicle moves on the road, the contaminated air will flow from the front to the back through different filters in the Filter Assembly, and the polluted air will be cleared.

[0012] When a vehicle is moving on the road, the air pressure is at the top and the bottom. As Figure No. Shown in 3.0. Which gives us a powerful Air pressure. Air is taken from through air duct boot and this strong air is delivered to the Filter Chamber, we do not have to do any work to create the "powerful Air pressure" of this strong wind. Because this "powerful Air pressure" is automatically received by us as the vehicle moves forward. For this reason, the power consumption in this filter is also not very high.

[0013] Many kilowatts of electricity will be required if we want to create powerful air pressure.

[0014] Reference: - Sewer line work was going on in our Rampur. Dust was blowing all over Rampur due to the sewer line dug. I had serviced my Desert Cooler a few days before summer season, I noticed that the cooler pads are full of dust a few days later. I changed the pad that in a few days the dust filled up again. Likewise, the dust in my own house carpet was also filled. I cleaned that dust with the Vacuum Cleaner.

[0015] This incident brought me to the idea that Desert Cooler and Vacuum Cleaner are working as Air Filter.

[0016] I thought Desert Cooler and Vacuum Cleaner can help us in cleaning of polluted air.

[0017] It is impossible to apply Desert Cooler and Vacuum Cleaner were everywhere to clear air pollution. They are very large in size and they take Electricity Power too much. Because electricity power also cannot be arranged at every place.

[0018] Our aim was to clean up pollution. Which could be quite expensive to clean with this Desert Cooler and Vacuum Cleaner.

[0019] I thought that if it was installed in a car or any vehicle, it would clear the contaminated air. But being its size big which was not install its possible.

[0020] Then thought that a T4PFW Filter (Air Purifier filter) should be made which can reach everywhere easily and work almost for free.

[0021] Then thought that something like polluted air and its force should also be in free.

[0022] This filter should be installed in the car or in other vehicles where the air pressure is highest. When the car or other vehicles move, the polluted air will pass through the T4PFW Filter (Air Purifier filter) and the polluted air will be cleared.

[0023] If the Filter Assembly is made keeping in mind the model of vehicles that can be easily installed in vehicles, then our objective of cleaning the air pollution can be fulfilled with the medium of the above filter.

Summary of Invention [0023] Introduction of Air Purifier Filter : - Although many Air Purifier filters already exist in different markets in the world. Which are made to clear air pollution. And this air purifier filter along with being expensive also consumes a lot of electricity.

[0024] But the things that cause air pollution from my discovery will be cleaned by those things. That is, one vehicle will easily clean the smoke discharged by another vehicle through T4PFW Filter.

[0025] All the means of transport that are causing pollution on the road and running on the road. They themselves will help us clean all the air pollution. Such as bikes, cars, trucks, buses, road rollers and other means of transport which are available with us.

[0026] Most vehicles generally follow each other. This is the biggest advantage of my invention. The smoke from the front vehicle will be sucked by the air duct boot of the T4PFW filter (air purifier filter) installed in the rear vehicle's bumper and windshield. As per Figure No. 1.0 is present Normal Running Position of Vehicle. This process will continue for all Vehicles.

[0028] After the expense of installing this Filter Assembly, we have to spend only for the T4PFW Filter (Air Purifier filter) Service to replace the Foam Filter, the air we need to clean is available in Force-Free Are (polluted air).

Technical Problem

[0029] Today, air pollution is a big problem of the whole world. Air pollution levels are increasing in metros of countries all over the world. Such as Beijing in China, New York, California, US, Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata in India etc.

[0030] In view of this problem, most of the countries of the world are also trying to find many solutions and remedies. But due to the high rate of population growth, the means of transport are also increasing rapidly in the same proportion and the measures taken are not able to solve the problem completely. [0031] Vehicle owners will have trouble paying separately for installing this filter assembly in vehicles.

[0032] There will be technical problems in installing this filter assembly in vehicles.

Solution of Problem

[0033] To use it widely, the governments of the country can act to reduce pollution by making laws and making the public aware, and the public also knows how dangerous air pollution is. In the present day in India, the capital of the country, Delhi is also called as "Gas Chamber".

[0034] Installation To install this device, such arrangements should be made that maximum polluted air passes through the filter. For example, the air should be given in front of the vehicles near the Bumper and Windshield in this filter.

[0035] As soon as the smoke comes out of any vehicle in front, smoke should be absorbed through the filter installed in the bumper of the previous vehicle. Naturally, this process will be absorbed as soon as the pollution (smoke) is applied to every vehicle so that the smoke can get into the atmosphere at least, and we will get the maximum benefit of T4PFW Filter.

Advantageous Effects of Invention

[0036] Profit - Benefits: - Although T4PFW Filter (Air Purifier filter) Device is looking small, but it has a lot of benefits. One vehicle will continue to clean the air pollution caused by another vehicle, for this process we will not have to do any special work, but the benefit will continue to be available.

[0037] By using this T4PFW Filter (Air Purifier filter) extensively in cars, Bikes buses, trucks, trains, etc., we can benefit from this by reducing air pollution and global warming caused by traffic around the world. [0038] Power Consumption : - Whenever an invention occurs, special attention is paid to the Electricity Power Consumption first in relation to that invention, that its work process requires minimum power because the proposed "Invention" Air pollution is related to cleanliness, so it becomes very important to pay special attention to at least the Electricity Power Consume.

[0039] At present, all countries want to eliminate or reduce air pollution, but without electricity power consumption.

[0040] At present, whatever equipment is available in the market to clear air pollution which are very expensive and also consume electricity very much. The power cost in the T4PFW Filter is very low, but whenever the vehicle is stuck in traffic, the Blower Fan in the T4PFW Filter turns on automatically (Automatically). Because this blower fan is connected to an air sensor which starts the blower fan when the air pressure is low and the smoke passes through the filter, so that the filter in the vehicle keeps working even when stuck in traffic.

[0040] This operation is very cheap because we do not have to spend electricity for polluted air. The blower fan of the in-vehicle filter is turned on only when it is stuck in traffic, the blower fan stops when the vehicle reaches a set speed. We only need electricity for this period of time.

[0041] - Use Today, the biggest problem of the whole world is in the form of air pollution, the governments of all countries are working to make more and more rules and campaign to reduce air pollution. Whereas air pollution is not reducing with the efforts and work done by the governments. Because of the increase in population, the means of transport are also increasing in the same proportion.

[0042] We can use this T4PFW Filter (Air Purifier Filter) Device to clean the world's air pollution. It seems a little small to see. But imagine if a car reaches Rampur from Delhi in 5 hours, then how much polluted air will pass through this Filter Device.

[0043] In the same way, how many cars and other vehicles will run on the road for the whole world, how much-polluted air will pass through this Air Purifier Filter and the pollution will continue to be clean. We do not need to spend any special work and expenses for this clean air.

[0050] Full System of Operation [0051] System of operation and material: - As shown in figure no 8.0. Air duct boot 2no made of plastic in this filter assembli. But under the bumper and windshield of the car or any other vehicle is fitted in a compact manner. Because here the air pressure of air is the highest due to the vehicle moving forward.

[0052] This air duct boot is made according to the designs of the vehicles. Like in a vehicle we have to take air from the bumper and under the windshield. Some air duct has to be taken from the middle of the boot. Wherever air is to be taken from the side.

[0053] This air duct boot widens from the front. And is conical in form from the back. Figure number 4.0 is made according to 5.0.

[0054] Due to the spread of this Air Duct Boot from the front, more and more air from the front of the vehicle enters the Air Duct Boot, and polluted air is given in the Filter Chamber.

[0055] The Air Duct Boot has a mesh with small holes at the front. Figure No. 8.0 as per Ino. But due to this mesh, particles of small stones etc. could not go into the filter.

[0056] Figure No. 8.0 in 3no a Flexible pipe from the back of the Air Duct Boot comes out and enters the Filter Chamber at 4no enters the Filter Chamber.

[0057] 5no, 6no There is a filter with two layers of foam. Figure No. According to 7.0 in the filter of this foam the front layer is large hole (chidri) and the back layer is micro hole. Large particles of dust and smoke stop in the filter layer of this foam layer as the front layer is pierced. And because the back layer of foam is micro perforated, micro particles are stopped by this layer. This process clears the polluted air.

[0058] One of the most important reason for applying two-layer filter of this foam is that the filter of this foam can be washed from time to time. And can be used again. For this reason, the cost of maintenance of this filter is also less. [0059] Figure No. 8.0 in 7no just behind this foam filter is an installed "Blower Fan". A blower fan is also installed in the chamber. Because this blower fan has more air drag capacity than any other fan. Figure No 8.0 in 8no Car Battery is fitted. With this Car Battery to 12 Volt D.C. Power supply is provided.

[0060] This blower fan is turned on only when the vehicle is stuck in traffic.

[0061] This Blower Fan Figure No. 9no in 8.0 an air sensor is attached to it. When the air pressure from the front of the vehicle is low (the vehicle is stuck in traffic), then the Blower Fan turns on automatically and it is closed by the Blower Fan Air sensor when the air pressure increases.

[0062] There is also an ON - OFF Switch at lOno. With this ON - OFF Switch, the fan can be turned ON or OFF.

[0063] Figure No. 8.0 in 12no. Chamber, lino in this Chamber. Outlet vent is made of clean air. This outlet vent removes clean air. This outlet vent is on the back side of the vehicle. By which our purpose of clearing the contaminated air is fulfilled.

[0064] No. 8.0. In 13 no. there is also a Fuse which works as Protection Circuit, when the blower fan motor is short, this fuse will open so that the short circuit will be avoided.

Experiment (A)

[0065] To measure the air pressure of the air, I have made a weighing machine scale which measures up to 50 Kg. I have used it to measure air pressure. Which is as follows.

[0066] I grinded a cardboard whose length was 17.5 inches and width was 12 inches. Area of this cardboard is 210 square inches. This cardboard piece is applied on the weighing machine scale in such a way that air pressure of air can be measured in grams when the air on the cardboard piece falls from the front.

[0067] I placed the cardboard digital weighing machine scale(salter scale) in front of a Table Fan. Then 190 grams of air pressure was found on the digital weighing machine scale. The area of this cardboard was 210 square inches. While the Table Fan was consuming 75 Watts of Electric Power.

[0068] I placed the above cardboard fitted digital weighing machine scale(salter scale) in front of a Cooler Fan. Then Air Pressure of 330 grams of air was found on the digital weighing machine scale. While the Cooler Fan was consuming 125 Watt Electric Power.

[0069] I applied the same cardboard fitted digital weighing machine scale al weighing machine scale on a bike in front of 30 Km / h Speed. Then on a digital weighing machine scale, air pressure of 610 grams of air was found on the cardboard.

[0070] I applied the same cardboard fitted digital weighing machine scale on the same bike in front of 60 Km / h speed. Then on the digital weighing machine scale, Air Pressure of 2310 grams of air was found on the cardboard. v To get 190 gram Air Pressure, Electric consumed = 75 Watt

.-. To get 1 gram Air Pressure, Electric power required = 75 ■? 190 Watt

.-. To get 2300 grams of Air Pressure, Electric power required = 75 ■? 190 x 2300 = 907.8 Watt

[0071] Through the above experiments, it was concluded that as the velocity of the vehicle increases or the air surface increases, the air pressure will also increase. That is, the higher the size of the air duct boot, and the higher the velocity of the vehicle, the more the air will pass through the filter and our objective of cleaning the air pollution will be fulfilled.

[0072] This experiment also concludes how much electric power will be required to create a pressure equal to the opposing air from the front of the vehicle.

[0073] The opposing air from the front of the vehicle was still useless. But through this T4PFW Air Purifier Filter, we can do a very good use of this opposing air to clean the air pollution. Experiment (B)

[0074] 12. IE/- A 5 KVA Diesel Engine Alternator running on full load. In front of the silencer of that Diesel Engine Alternator, when I booted the air duct of this T4PFW Air Purifier Filter, I found that as soon as I did a Blower Fan On of the T4PFW Air Purifier Filter, all the Black Smoke T4PFW Air Purifier Filter vacuumed.

[0075] The T4PFW Air Purifier Filter, came out clean Air from the exit vent side.

[0076] By the above experiment, it is concluded that as soon as the smoke comes out from the Vehicles, the T4PFW Air Purifier Filter should be absorbed through the Air Duct Boot. So air pollution can be reduced to a great extent. And our objective of clearing air pollution is fulfilled.

[0077] Inspired : - The invention of any object requires that object. In the present era, the way we are spreading air pollution. If pollution continues to spread in the same way, breathing on earth will also become difficult.

[0078] In some cities of the world, breathing is still difficult. Encouraged by the same problem, I thought of creating a T4PFW Filter (Air Purifier filter).

[0079] Inspirations have been drawn from Desert Cooler and Vacuum Cleaner to create the T4PFW Filter (Air Purifier Filter). Which can perform the task of cleaning the air. Which is in front of us but we do not see, we can get good results to clear air pollution by making extensive improvements in this filter.
