Abstract:
Proposed are: an air purifier for which production steps can be reduced and which is easy to produce; and a production method for the air purifier. This air purifier (1) is provided with: a first electrode plate (100) that is formed of a conductive body plate and that has a plate-shaped first electrode part (10) having a plurality of first electrode structures (12) and having a first conductive body region (18) between a first cavity (14) and a second cavity (16), has a plate-shaped second electrode part (20) having a plurality of second electrode structures (22) and having a second conductive body region (28) between a fourth cavity (26) and a third cavity (24) having a diameter greater than the diameter of the first cavity, and has a linkage part (50) having a curved shape so that the first and second electrode parts are layered; and a second electrode plate (200) that is formed of a conductive body plate, that is provided at a position away from the first and second electrode structures, and with which a plurality of third electrode structures (32) extending toward the first and second electrode structures are integrated.
