Abstract:
The present invention relates to an air purifier using atmospheric pressure information, the air purifier comprising: a driving unit for suctioning outdoor air and discharging the same into a room in order to prevent entrance of dust or foreign matter from the outside by maintaining indoor atmospheric pressure at a higher level than outdoor atmospheric pressure; a filter unit for filtering out foreign matter contained in the suctioned outdoor air; an outdoor atmospheric pressure sensing unit for measuring the pressure of outdoor air; an indoor atmospheric pressure sensing unit for measuring indoor atmospheric pressure; an operation unit to which a user command is input; a communicating unit for receiving an input user command from a remote terminal and transferring the same to a control unit, or transmitting an operation state of the air purifier to the outside; a display unit for visually displaying an operation state of the air purifier; a control unit for generating an operation command and transferring the same to the driving unit so as to maintain indoor atmospheric pressure at a higher level than outdoor atmospheric pressure, generating a communication command so as to operate the communicating unit, and generating a display command so as to operate the display unit; and a storage unit for storing a user command, a driving program required to operate the control unit, and data including operation information of the air purifier.
