Abstract:
An air source system of a water cooling air compressor for a vehicle. The air source system comprises a double-crank inner supporting transmission structure, a controller (25) and a water cooling system; and the double-crank inner supporting transmission structure is driven by an electric motor (3), an elastic coupler and a crankshaft (7), cranks on two sides of the crankshaft (7) drive a low-pressure cylinder piston assembly and a high-pressure cylinder piston assembly to reciprocate up and down, and an air compression process is completed. The controller (25) is fixed on the electric motor (3), a labyrinth-type cooling water channel is arranged in the controller (25), and the controller (25) shares a working state of an air supply system and feeds back fault information in real time; and the water cooling system is supplied with water by a water pump system of the whole vehicle, and the water enters a water tank of a crankcase by means of the labyrinth-type cooling water channel in the controller (25), then enters a cylinder cover (20) by means of a water tank in a piston cylinder, returns to the piston cylinder and the crankcase anew by means of a water channel in an inner cavity of the cylinder cover (20), and finally is discharged and converged into a circulating water path of the whole vehicle. The system has the advantages of a high compression efficiency, a small amount of vibration, a small size, being convenient to install and arrangement, etc.
