Abstract:
The present application relates to an air spring airbag and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The air spring airbag comprises, from inside to outside, an airbag elastomer inner layer, at least one airbag reinforcing layer, and an airbag elastomer outer layer. The airbag elastomer inner layer and the airbag elastomer outer layer are both made of thermoplastic polyester elastomers having the Shore D hardness of 50-70. The air spring airbag of the present application can adopt a continuous production process, thus the method is simple and easy to operate, and the product is long in service life, and has excellent use performance and processing performance.
