Abstract:

The present invention relates to an air structure thermal-bonding device and, more particularly, to an air structure thermal-bonding device, wherein the device thermally bonds and covers a pair of sheet edges configured to have a containing space formed therein such that air is contained, particularly edge members formed on peripheries of a double-space sheet; the device simultaneously blows hot air streams to the upper and lower parts of circumferences of peripheries of the double-space sheet and pressurizes the same by pressurizing rollers, thereby thermally bonding the two edge members formed on peripheries of the double-space sheet; and, as a result, the edge members formed on circumferences of peripheries of the double-space sheet are simultaneously thermally-bonded through a single process, thereby simplifying the work process. In order to accomplish the above purpose, the present invention is characterized by comprising: a body portion; a connecting portion installed on the body portion; an edge member supply portion installed on the body portion so as to supply an edge member; a hot air stream blowing means installed on the connecting portion so as to blow hot air streams to peripheral portions of upper and lower ends of a double-space sheet; and a pressurizing portion installed on the body portion so as to pressurize and thermally bond the heated double-spaced sheet and the edge member.
