In a chamber body (12), a liquid is caused to flow downwardly from an inlet port (24) to an outlet port (31). An introduction pipe (21) is provided so as to extend from the inlet port (24) to the inside of the chamber body (12), and a discharge port (23) which is an end opening of the introduction pipe (21) is provided in the inner circumferential surface (26) of the chamber body (12) so as to be directed toward the circumferential direction. The chamber body (12) is provided with, as regions where the liquid flows: an upper region (41) including an area from the inner surface (28A) of the upper wall (28) to the introduction pipe (21); a lower region (43) connected to the outlet port (31); and a connection region (42) connecting the upper region (41) and the lower region (43). The inner circumferential surface of the upper region (41) has a larger diameter than the inner circumferential surface of the lower region (43). As a result of diameter reduction from the connection portion relative to the upper region (41) to the connection portion relative to the lower region (43), an inclined surface (35A) is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the connection region (42).
